Manage daily operations of the meat counter to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Prepare and handle meat products according to food safety standards.
Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Provide good customer service and product recommendations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in meat or fresh food retail.
Knowledge of meat preparation and food safety practices.
Able to read product labels and follow safety procedures.
Service-oriented and a good team player.
Physically fit to carry up to 10kg and perform stock replenishment duties.
Able to work 6 days per week.
Candidates with less experience may be considered.
