Position : Administrative Executive (Visa Services)
Location : Tanjong Pagar
Working hours : 5.25 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Alternate Saturday: 9.00AM to 1.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Quarterly Incentive + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Off-in-lieu for Saturdays Worked

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients applying for US, Canada and Singapore visas.
Provide end-to-end support for visa documentation, application preparation and submission.
Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, timelines and required documents.
Review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
Coordinate appointments with embassies, consulates, visa centres and relevant parties.
Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to support case processing.
Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
Handle client enquiries, resolve issues and escalate complex cases when required.
Maintain accurate records in the case management system.
Stay updated on immigration procedures, policy changes and application requirements.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in immigration, client servicing or administrative support.
Prior knowledge of US, Canada or Singapore visa processes will be advantageous.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese to support client communication.
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple cases independently.
Customer-focused with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or case management systems is an advantage.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
