Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational organisation to hire an Assistant Manager, Regional Human Resources based in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support regional HR initiatives across multiple markets, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive HR operations, talent development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of regional HR initiatives and programmes across multiple countries
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive HR operational excellence and process improvements
Consolidate and analyse workforce data, preparing reports and insights for management decision-making
Coordinate talent development, learning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
Support performance management and organisational development programmes
Assist in the implementation and optimisation of HR systems and digital tools
Contribute to the review and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Significant HR experience within a multinational or regional environment
Experience in HR operations, talent management, organisational development, HR projects, or regional HR support
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and workforce data management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skill.
