Admin Assistant Required in Singapore


Job Description

Join a manufacturing company in the Construction Hardware industry as an Admin Assistant based in Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, offering a salary package of basic salary plus performance bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, statements of accounts, payment vouchers, and related accounting documents.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Draft and send customer emails relating to orders, invoices, deliveries, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain organised filing and documentation for invoices, delivery orders, payment vouchers, and other administrative records.
  • Assist with daily office administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or accounting support duties will be advantageous.
  • Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
