We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee training, engagement initiatives, and performance review processes.
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and other HR-related documentation as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant HR experience will have an added advantage; entry-level candidates with a strong interest in Human Resources are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
