Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Perform cashiering and payment handling duties
• Replenish and arrange products on shelves neatly
• Assist with stock replenishment (items approximately 5kg–15kg)
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain proper housekeeping standards
• Monitor product displays and shelf organization
• Support daily store operations and ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Retail or supermarket experience is an advantage
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physically fit to handle stock replenishment duties
• Able to read and understand product labels
