We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin to join our Piping and Engineering team at Pioneer. This is a permanent position offering a competitive package with a basic salary of up to $2,000, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), and performance-based bonus. The role follows a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri: 8.00 am–7.00 pm; Sat: 8.00 am–12.00 pm) and provides the opportunity to contribute to project and procurement operations in a dynamic engineering environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Organize, maintain, and manage project, procurement, and administrative records efficiently.
- Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate orders and project needs.
- Track and update inventory, stock records, and material movement documentation.
- Assist in planning deliveries, site schedules, meetings, and project-related arrangements.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents to support operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry and ensure records are updated in a timely manner.
- Support general office tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
