We are looking for an Admin Assistant
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience of especially calendar management for more than 1 person.
Travel and expense management.
Highly responsive and adept to changes.
MNC background would be ideal.
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Ability to be a self-starter, proactive, ask questions and be open to learning.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Description
Calendar support for 2-3 regional business leaders.
Expense management.
International and domestic travel coordination.
Provide high-level administrative support, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
