Job Scope:
Supervise & lead a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers’ orders.
Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised.
Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
Process billing invoices to customer promptly
Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the team.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Implement corrective actions to address performance issues.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure goods meet required standards.
Job requirement
Minimum Diploma holder and above
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience/Has hands-on warehouse working experience as warehouse supervisor
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office software
Able to take ownership of responsibilities and proactively resolve challenges
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively within a team
