Administrative Assistant (Hospital) #HZO
Job Scope:
Support onboarding and off boarding process of clinicians and department staff, including access applications.
Prepare and verify claims for overtime, night allowances, leave and petty cash for department staff.
Manage and plan rosters of clinicians, with uploading into system.
Co-ordinate meetings, book venues, collate agenda and arrange for catering requirements when necessary.
Collation of data required by the department for purposes of cost management and improvement.
Procurement of common items used by the department, maintaining a master inventory list.
Manage mailbox for the department, including dispatch to respective clinics.
Manage the Director’s/ Clinical leads’ calendars as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma in any field
No experience as training will be provided
Good in excel skills preferred
