Key Responsibilities:
Provide full admin and secretarial support to GM
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Arrange and coordinate meetings including preparation of agendas and materials
Handle travel arrangement (flights, accomodation, itineraries and visas)
Prepare and submit expenses claims
Admin Support to Business Lines Manager, HR Manager, Country Manager and Business Controller

Support and meeting scheduling
Office Admin Duties
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well organises
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, refreshment and working lunch setups
Manage office supplies (coffee beans, stationery and sanitary supplies?
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment (Copier and coffee machine)
Support HR function for employee engagement activities
Making travel arrangement for employees (flight, transportation accomodation)
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management
2-3 years of relevant experiences
