Logistics Executive (Planning Team / Shipment Coordination)


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries and prepare pricing estimates and quotations.


Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to gather information required for quotation preparation.


Support pricing reviews and analysis.


Assist in budgeting, data analysis, and business planning activities.


Prepare and analyze customer and supplier forecasts against actual demand.


Support the preparation of monthly reports and management reporting requirements.


Liaise with customers, suppliers, forwarders, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.


Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.




Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.


Relevant experience in customer coordination, sales support, supply chain, logistics, shipment arrangements, or a similar function.


Experience handling quotations and pricing activities will be an added advantage.


Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.


Good communication and coordination abilities.


Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
