???? What You'll Do
As part of the AV Operations Command Center, you'll supportreal-time monitoring and ensure smooth fleet operations:
???? Update live dashboards, logs, and operational trackers
???? Ensure accurate data entry and maintain fleet records
???? Retrieve and manage CCTV and vehicle footage for investigations
? Assist with incident reporting and operational support
???? Support shift handovers and prepare daily summaries
???? Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
???? Support reporting, documentation, and process improvements
? What We're Looking For
Comfortable working with dashboards, systems, and data monitoring tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies
Calm under pressure with good crisis management skills
Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
