Administrative Officer Required in Singapore


Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Officer to support administrative and coordination functions within a healthcare-related organisation. This is a 12-month contract role suitable for candidates with strong administrative, communication, and stakeholder management skills.




Key Responsibilities


Provide administrative support, including preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and coordination of meetings.


Manage and respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Process applications, claims, and related documentation accurately.


Assist with system onboarding and implementation activities.


Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy.


Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.


Perform other administrative duties as assigned.




Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


Good written and verbal communication skills.


Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Prior experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or a related role will be advantageous.




Employment Details


• Contract Duration: 12 months

• Hourly Rate: $20.77 per hour

• Working Days: Monday to Friday




Working Hours


• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

• Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
