Executive Assistant


Location : Loyang


Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events


Duration : Perm


Industry : Jewellery Manufacturer




Responsibilities:


Coordinate and support projects across business units and key initiatives.


Liaise with HODs to ensure smooth project execution and follow-up.


Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and office matters.


Prepare presentation slides, reports, meeting minutes, and related documents.


Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, clients, suppliers, and authorities.


Handle confidential information and support ad-hoc duties as assigned.




Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in any discipline.


Experience in exhibitions, roadshows, or project coordination preferred.


Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.


Experience in corporate governance will be an advantage.


Proactive, independent, organised, and willing to travel when required.


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
