Contract Operations Coordinator #HJN


Job Description

Coordinate customer requirements and ensure timely execution of operational requests.


Liaise with internal teams including Production, QA, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to support daily operations.


Prepare and maintain operational documents, work instructions, and records with accuracy.


Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to support production schedules.


Track project timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status updates to stakeholders.


Support document control, process improvements, and compliance with company procedures.


Assist in resolving operational issues by working closely with cross-functional teams.


Ensure all documentation is accurate and maintained according to quality standards.


Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours


Requirements:


Min Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.


Proficient in SAP, inventory tracking systems, or document control workflows.
