Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
• Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
• Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
• Process monthly invoices and internship payouts.
• Maintain proper HR documentation.
• Maintain a proper filling system and documentation and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events.
• Design EDMs and videos for HR related events or announcements.
• Any other HR related admin and project works.

Job Requirements
• Min Diploma holder in any related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating interviews / raising invoices / other admin work will be advantageous
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
