The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a well-established international logistics solutions provider, and we are looking for a Junior Operations Analyst (Cross-Border Logistics) to join their regional operations team permanently. The successful incumbent will support end-to-end logistics performance, analyse operational data and service levels, while partner closely with Operations and regional stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements and enhance customer experience.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: East region
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (hybrid working model)
Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
The Job:
Monitor end-to-end (E2E) delivery performance and transit times across regional operations.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports and dashboards for management.
Analyse service level (SLA) performance and identify root causes for delivery deviations.
Investigate shipment status and support customer enquiries with timely updates.
Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Support quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Talent:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query and reporting dashboards.
Exposure to SQL, Power BI or other reporting tools will be highly advantageous.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with relevant internships, fresh graduate, or up to 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, eCommerce or supply chain environments are encouraged to apply.
