HR Administrative Assistant (Government Sector) | $12 - $15/Hour | Office Hours | 9-Months Contract

Salary: Calculated at an hourly rate of $12 - $15/hour
Contract Duration: 9 Months
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Process HR administrative transactions accurately and in accordance with SOPs, policies, and government regulations.
Update HR transactions in the Workday system and ensure timely submission for verification.
Prepare and issue HR-related letters, emails, and supporting documents.
Liaise with client government agencies and follow up on HR-related matters.
Respond professionally to enquiries from stakeholders and customers.
Analyse queries and recommend appropriate solutions based on established SOPs.
Support testing of new Workday functionalities (e.g. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)) and automation initiatives.
Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information with accuracy.
Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
