Our business scope involves distributing Sealxpert pipeline maintenance, repair & overhaul products to customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, Water Utilities and Facilities Management Industries. Currently, our products are distributed to more than 35 countries worldwide in Asia, Middle East, Europe, America and Australia.
Job Summary
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support daily operations by preparing items for delivery and handling basic documentation tasks in our Ubi area office.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack items accurately to prepare orders for timely delivery to customers
Complete basic documentation tasks to support order processing and maintain accurate records
Communicate clearly in English to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth workflow
Use basic computer skills to perform administrative duties and enter data efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Basic computer skills to support documentation and communication tasks
Ability to communicate, read, and write in English to ensure effective teamwork and accurate documentation
Knowledge of Autocount and MYOB software as an added advantage
Other Information
Location: Ubi area (near Macpherson / Ubi MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm;1 rotational Saturday morning (8:30am – 1:00pm) every 1–1.5 months; During probation: alternate Saturdays
