Administrative Executive


Job Description

 Administrative Executive role encompasses a diverse range of tasks across general administration, event coordination, asset management, and IT application. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties.




Secretarial duties:


Assist the Senior Management with daily tasks such as expense claims, meeting room reservations, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.


General Administration:


Organize and lead recreational events, represent company in company events, and support policy and conference events.


Organise and support conference such as manage guest lists, conference notices, setup portals, handle surveys, and coordinate with vendors for conference coordination.


Verify and manage payable expenses, update expense reports, and handle company-wide miscellaneous tasks such as stationery orders and user ID management for statutory bodies.


Asset Management:


Procurement & Asset Handling: Request quotes, prepare price comparisons, follow up on purchase requisitions, and manage new assets.


Asset Management: Handle asset receipt, storage, allocation, and update asset reports.


Cross-Functional Support:


Audit and compliance


IT systems


Projects as assigned




Job Requirements


Min Diploma qualification.


Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Proven experience in administrative roles.
