We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Admin Customer Service Coordinator to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Salary: Up to $3200/month (Depending on Experience)
Location : West
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm
ASAP - 6 months (Convertible Long Term Career)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver prompt and professional customer service by resolving enquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfilment.
Keep customers informed of order progress and proactively communicate any delays or issues.
Prepare and maintain operational documents, including invoices, reports, and system records.
Coordinate customer billing, ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documents, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all customer service activities comply with contractual requirements and company procedures.
