Administrative Assistant ($3K | Healthcare | 8 month)
participant enrolment, onboarding, engagement, and programme reward tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Serve as the primary contact point for participants and clinical partners, handling enquiries and resolving programme-related issues.
Coordinate programme operations, including recruitment activities, implementation logistics, pilot engagements, and participant follow-ups.
Provide first-level support for the programme's digital platform, including user assistance and basic troubleshooting.
Support programme administration, participant communications, and marketing initiatives while monitoring engagement metrics.
Perform ad hoc operational and administrative duties to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme.
The Talent
Diploma or Bachelors in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination and/or customer/client facing roles
Good digital literacy and an aptitude in learning new technologies
Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to marketing and ops tools such as Canva and FormSG, etc.
