 Sales Administrator


Location: Macpherson


Working Days: Monday to Friday


Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm


Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits


Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave


Duration: Permanent

The role provides exposure to sales documentation, logistics coordination, project support and client servicing within a fast-paced and supportive team environment.




Responsibilities:


Handle client calls and emails professionally.


Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and delivery notes.


Support the Sales Team with visuals, floor plans and installation reports.


Coordinate order processing and liaise with logistics for deliveries and installations.


Maintain accurate sales and administrative records.


Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.




Requirements:


Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level or equivalent.


1 to 2 years of admin, sales support, customer service or operations experience preferred.


Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.


Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.


Good communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.


Candidates with no experience but positive learning attitude may be considered.


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
