Admin Assistant (Sales Support / Shipping Coordination)
Location : Central - Toa Payoh North
Working hours : Monday – Friday| 9.30am – 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + OT Payable + Annual bonus + 14 days Annual Leaves + Hospital Benefits & Personal Accident Insurance

Main Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the sales team and other departments.
Answer phone calls, manage emails and attend to general enquiries.
Prepare purchase orders, sales documents and supplier/vendor payment paperwork.
Coordinate local and overseas shipments, including basic shipping documents.
Maintain proper filing, database records and documentation.
Assist with monthly reports, simple reconciliations and admin tracking.
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of O’ Level with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
