Receptionist| $3K + Transport Provided | Immediate Hiring | Renewable Contract
Location: Jln Ahmad Ibrahim
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 7.42am to 5pm
Duration: 1 year (Renewable)
Salary: $3000/mth
Transport provided
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and assist walk-in visitors.
Manage meeting room bookings and maintain reception area
Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle courier services
Update display board messages and support HR-related deliveries
Raise purchase requests for pantry supplies, stationery, and office needs
Maintain transport records and process in system
Support general admin tasks (filing, data updates, billing records)
Assist with staff records, passes, and basic payroll coordination
Arrange courier services and handle insurance claim collection
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Prior receptionist or admin experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with good customer service skills
