Position: Accounts Assistant (6-Month Contract)
Location: Shenton Way
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Salary: Up $3200
Bonus: Performance bonus (subject to individual performance)
Annual Leave: 14 days
Job Responsibilities
Handle billing and invoicing activities
Process overseas payments accurately and timely
Communicate with overseas agents via email regarding billing matters
Maintain and update accounting records using Microsoft Excel
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good written communication skills for email correspondence
Meticulous, responsible, and willing to learn
Candidates with experience in the freight/logistics industry will have an added advantage
