Monday – Friday
8:30am – 6:00pm
Basic $3000 – $3500+AWS+VB
Job Scope:
Lead and supervise customer service and warehouse operations team
Liaise with customers on documentation and shipment matters
Monitor shipment status and ensure KPI targets are met
Prepare reports, conduct stock audits and inventory checks
Support process improvement and SOP implementation
Requirements:
Min Diploma and above
Min 5 years relevant warehouse experience
Hands-on warehouse supervisory experience required
