Admin Executive (Corporate Services Support)
Location : Orchard – Ngee Ann City
Working hours : Monday - Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus + 18 days of Annual leave + Birthday Off-in-lieu + 4 days of Parent Care Off-in-lieu + Hospitalisation & Medical Coverage

Main Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and documentation support to the corporate services team.
Prepare, organise and maintain client files, forms, letters, records and routine documents.
Assist with data entry, document tracking, filing deadlines and internal database updates.
Liaise with clients to obtain required information, forms and supporting documents.
Support basic corporate secretarial documentation and ACRA-related filing preparation, with guidance provided.
Handle general office administration, including phone calls, emails, meeting coordination, filing, mail/courier arrangements and office supplies.
Assist with reports, schedules, staff training, company events and other admin duties when required.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification with at least 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in accounting, corporate secretarial, corporate services or professional services environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience with ACRA BizFile+, CorpPass, SharePoint or accounting software will be an advantage but not essential.
