Customer Implementation Executive, APAC (Freight Forwarding)

Working hours: 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and implementation of global and strategic accounts
Support project plans, timelines, milestones and customer go-live activities
Gather customer requirements and document operational processes
Coordinate account setup with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Compliance
Prepare and maintain SOPs, system access, reporting and account configurations
Monitor implementation progress and escalate risks or delays
Provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Support post-implementation reviews and process improvements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding, customer onboarding, key account support or operations coordination
Experience in freight-forwarding implementation will be advantageous
