E-commerce Assistant (Shopee/Lazada)
Location: Outram (Near Havelock MRT)
Working hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3600 + Variable Bonus + Health Insurance

Main Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company’s website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms
Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms
Optimizing inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings
Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis
Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders
Handle return/refund/exchange orders if any
Requirement:
Hands-on experience with online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry is an advantage
Diploma in any field
Possess great attention to detail
