Office Administration (Admin / Reception / IT / PA):
Administrative / Facilities Management:
Oversees office inventory purchase such as office furniture, stationery and pantry to ensure supplies are maintained at optimal levels.
General office management – upkeep of office to ensure cleanliness & safety of employees
Liaise with contractors/suppliers/building management on all admin matters such as repairs & maintenance
Handling and arranging of courier services - Responsible for collection / arranging and distribution of daily mails
Responsible for all data entry and filing of documents
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of company car - Ensure all admin invoices are processed promptly to finance department for payment
Assist employees on all admin queries / issues
All other ad-hoc matters as instructed
Reception
Greet and attend to all visitors
Ensure all workplace safety measurements are complied with
IT:
Coordinate with IT department/vendors on all matters pertaining to Singapore office.
Perform simple troubleshooting for IT issues
PA:
Schedule and manage CEO’s daily calendar
Assist in arranging signing and courier of documents for CEO
All other ad-hoc matters as instructed
Requirements
Min Nitec qualification
At least 4 years Office Admin experience
