The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a leading global energy technology organisation to recruit a Service Administrator.
Focus: Provide administrative and operational support to service teams, including asset tracking, documentation coordination, purchase requests, logistics support, and service project administration.
Work location: West
Work arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per week (Normal office hours)
The Talent
Diploma, technical qualification, or equivalent education background.
1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, service support, or related fields.
Experience in oil & gas, field service, workshop, or engineering environments is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Ariba is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
The Job
Service Administration & Asset Coordination
Manage service team assets, including calibration planning and tracking of field service equipment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for service activities and equipment.
Support field engineers with site entry documentation requirements.
Purchase & Documentation Support
Assist with PO booking, document checks, and filing of service project records.
Raise and track purchase requests for internal and external requirements.
Support administrative coordination for service-related documentation.
Training & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate customer training activities with the training team.
Support spare parts coordination and logistics arrangements with engineers.
Assist engineers with warranty request submissions to relevant teams.
General Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to service operations teams.
Perform other ad hoc tasks to support business requirements
