Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the automotive industry to hire a Sales Operations & Customer Account Executive.
This is a regional hybrid role combining customer account management, sales operations, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination. Working closely with regional distributors across Asia, you'll analyse sales trends, monitor inventory, support business growth, and ensure smooth order fulfilment while building strong long-term customer relationships.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm (staggered hours available)
Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Bonuses
The Job:
Manage assigned regional distributor and customer accounts across Asia.
Monitor customer ordering trends, inventory levels and sales performance to identify business opportunities.
Analyse changes in dealer purchasing patterns and support recommendations to improve sales performance.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for management and regional business reviews.
Support inventory planning, demand forecasting and stock availability together with Supply Chain teams.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and regional stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Provide customers with proactive updates on supply status, inventory availability and shipment schedules.
Build strong relationships with distributors and support regional customer satisfaction initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Travel regionally to strengthen distributor relationships, support business reviews and understand market requirements
The Talent:
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Account Management, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Supply Chain or Order Management within a B2B environment.
Experience managing existing customer or distributor accounts.
Good understanding of order fulfilment, inventory planning and supply chain operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales trends and inventory data.
Hands-on experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP or similar analytical functions).
Comfortable preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations for management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Automotive, industrial, manufacturing or spare parts experience will be an advantage.
Comfortable travelling regionally approximately once per month.
