Verify 3rd Party Money Transfer instructions submitted by front office in Avaloq system against clients' instructions received to ensure accuracy.
Verify Cheque Clearance Money Transfer order submitted by front office in Avaloq System to ensure accuracy.
Pre-processing checks of all Money Transfer (Retail CASA Account)/Demand Draft/Cashier's Order instruction submitted by front office.
Attend to front office queries
Ensure timely escalation to Team Leader/Area Manager for all issue encounters.
Support ad-hoc task assigned by Team Manager/Area Manager.
Filing & Archival of documents
The Talent
Experience in Banking Operations is an advantage
Basic knowledge of accounting, payment system (Eg: Avaloq), payment process on funds transfer, understanding of internet/mobile banking funds transfer
Team player with positive learning attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy
