The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the industrial supply chain and onsite logistics sector, supporting inventory and operational services across Singapore.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Executive (Industrial Solutions) to oversee day-to-day onsite operations, inventory management, customer coordination, and operational support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy stakeholder interaction, operational coordination, and problem-solving within a customer-facing setting.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: West Region

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Candidates available immediately or on short notice is highly advantageous

The Job:

Coordinate daily onsite operational activities and inventory management

Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning

Respond to customer enquiries, RFQs, and operational issues

Work closely with warehouse, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery

Participate in customer meetings and support operational improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate operational records and KPI performance

The Talent:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines

2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Able to work independently in a customer-facing environment

Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
