Accounts & HR Executive (Payroll / Recruitment)


Location : Orchard – Ngee Ann City


Working hours : Monday - Friday | 9am to 6pm


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus + 14 days Annual leave + Medical Benefits


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Accounting / Corporate Services / Professional Services

 



Main Responsibilities:


Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including AP, AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations and month-end support.


Assist with preparing financial reports, schedules and supporting documents for audit and year-end closing.


Manage invoicing, collections, supplier payments and cash records.


Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external service providers when required.


Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions for approximately 20 employees.


Maintain employee records and administer leave, attendance and other HR documentation.


Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, preparation of employment documents and onboarding arrangements.


Assist with work-pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other MOM-related submissions.


Support employee offboarding and prepare the necessary documentation.


Maintain proper accounting, payroll and employee records.


Perform other accounting and HR-related duties as assigned.




Requirements:


Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or Business Administration.


At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll or HR operations.


Familiarity with Singapore payroll, CPF and MOM requirements.


Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or similar accounting software.


Candidates with full-set accounting experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
