Our client is a Manufacturing company in the Biomedical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing production team. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
Duties of HR Manager
Identifying manpower needs and developing hiring strategies based on job market research and government policies.
Advising on salary trends and adjusting compensation packages to stay competitive.
Enhance Employee Welfare/Benefits by researching and recommending adjustments to benefits packages to remain competitive.
Organizing activities and events to foster teamwork and morale.
Ensuring HR procedures comply with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Preparing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, coordinating with Operations, managing pre-employment processes, and maintaining employee profiles.
Training Course Administration by sourcing and registering for courses, processing payments, and handling training-related matters.
Requirement
At least 5 years of HR Manager experience in a MNC environment
Degree in HR related discipline from local University
Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility will be a bonus
