About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Executive to support the administration and processing of financial assistance schemes for lower-income households. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about serving the community and contributing to meaningful public service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Process applications for social assistance schemes in accordance with established guidelines.
Screen and assess applicants by verifying eligibility and checking assistance records across relevant schemes.
Review appeal cases and resolve exceptions arising from system processing, ensuring accuracy of supporting documents.
Prepare recommendations and case submissions for approval.
Monitor and track application volumes, progress, and case status.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case processing.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience in case management, social services, customer service, or administrative operations is an advantage.
Passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and lower-income households.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
