We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a construction-focused organization based in Ang Mo Kio. This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm). The role offers a competitive salary of up to $5,500 plus variable bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals looking to grow within the construction sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage suitable suppliers and sub-contractors, securing competitive quotations and overseeing tender submissions
• Manage both pre-contract and post-contract documentation to ensure compliance and smooth project delivery
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), perform quantity take-offs, and compile progress claims for accurate cost monitoring
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support project execution and ensure timelines and objectives are met
• Utilize CAD software, BIM tools, and MS Office applications to produce precise documentation and assist with project coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry, ideally within residential property projects
• Proficiency in CAD software, BIM tools, and MS Office applications
