Business Development Executive to join a precision engineering company specializing in plastics, based in Woodlands. This is a permanent, full-time position with a structured Monday–Friday schedule (8.30am – 6.00pm), offering a competitive salary package with AWS and performance bonuses. What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for plastic sheets and CNC machining parts.
- Promote the company’s product range to both prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new product development and launches.
- Gather and interpret customer needs, translating them into clear technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations, and actively follow up on potential sales leads.
- Support products throughout their lifecycle, from initial development to full-scale production.
- Conduct market research and keep track of competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering responsive sales support.
- Coordinate internally to ensure expectations for quality, cost, and delivery are consistently achieved.
- Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with CNC machining or plastic materials is advantageous, though training will be provided.
