???? Job Responsibilities
Handle customer orders, transport bookings & shipment documentation
Coordinate with customers, carriers, suppliers & supply chain stakeholders
Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery
Track shipment milestones and follow up on missing updates
Manage customer requests, incidents & operational disruptions
Escalate issues to supervisors promptly
Support KPI reporting, monthly reviews & process improvements
? Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Good understanding of logistics & supply chain processes
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Customer service-oriented with good teamwork and time management skills
Willing to occasionally support after office hours or weekends when required
