We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operations, and security of our offices, warehouses, and retail stores. This role is responsible for ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently to support business needs.

The Job:

Manage the maintenance and repair of company facilities, buildings, and retail stores.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.

Oversee security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Ensure regular inspections and servicing of security and building systems.

Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Handle tenant-related maintenance matters for company-owned properties.

Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with workplace safety and building regulations.

Monitor maintenance budgets, cost control initiatives, and operational reports.

Support renovation, expansion, and facility improvement projects.

Lead and guide the facilities team to achieve operational excellence.

The Talent:

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.

Experience managing multiple sites, vendors, and contractors.

Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV and access control systems.

Good understanding of workplace safety and building compliance requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
