Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive (Shipping)
Location: Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
Salary: Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Hospitalisation Claims

Responsibilities:
Handle AP, AR, invoicing, payment processing and Statements of Account.
Process debit notes, credit notes and shipping disbursement statements.
Perform accounting entries, bank reconciliation and month-end closing support.
Prepare accruals, prepayments, journals and accounting schedules.
Coordinate with overseas branches, associates and vendors on payments and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Requirements:
Must have accounting experience within the shipping industry.
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience in AP, AR, invoicing, bank reconciliation or month-end closing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking overseas associates who are unable to communicate effectively in English.
