Accounts Assistant – Construction/Project Accounting
Location : Fan Yoong Road (2 Bus Stops from Boon Lay MRT)
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : $3000-$3500 monthly + AWS + 7 Days leave (Increasing by one day per completed year of service, up to 14 days)

Main Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers and customer invoices.
Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting records.
Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash and expense claims.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Support inventory stocktakes and reconciliations.
Maintain project costing and billing records.
Assist with month-end closing, GST schedules and audit documents.
Coordinate with the Finance, Quantity Surveying and Project teams.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Synergix or construction accounting is advantageous but not essential.
