Salary: Up to $4,500 basic, depending on experience and suitability

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Company Overview
Our client is an established company in the furniture and interior furnishing industry and is looking for a BIM Modeller / Architectural Drafter to support its furniture, interior and architectural projects.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with BIM or drafting experience from architectural, construction, interior, MEP or multidisciplinary project environments who are keen to broaden their technical exposure into furniture and interior-related BIM work.
Prior furniture industry experience is not essential.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and gain hands-on exposure across BIM modelling, technical drawings, project revisions and coordination.
Responsibilities
Prepare BIM models and technical drawings for furniture, interior and architectural projects
Develop and update 2D drawings, layout plans, shop drawings, construction drawings and 3D models
Prepare drawings and models using Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant BIM/design software
Review project requirements, measurements, specifications and technical drawings
Carry out drawing amendments and revisions based on project, site or client requirements
Assist with BIM and drawing coordination across relevant disciplines
Maintain accurate and updated drawings, models and project documentation
Work closely with the Director and internal project team on project requirements
Attend site visits, coordination meetings or client meetings when required
Ensure drawings and BIM models are completed accurately and within project timelines
Requirements
1–4 years of relevant BIM modelling or drafting experience
Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD; able to interpret technical drawings
Experience preparing BIM models, layouts, shop or construction drawings
Architectural, construction, MEP or interior fit-out backgrounds are welcome
Furniture or interior-related experience will be advantageous but is not compulsory
Willing to learn furniture and interior-related BIM modelling and technical detailing
Detail-oriented and able to handle drawing amendments accurately
Able to manage assigned work according to project requirements and timelines
