Our client is a reputable real estate developer, known for delivering quality developments and maintaining high standards in project execution. They are looking for a proactive Executive, Construction & Quality Management to join their team and support project delivery, quality inspections, and defect management activities.

The Job: Junior Executive (Construction / Quality Assurance / Real Estate Developer)

Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works meet quality standards and project specifications.

Support project teams in project completion, handover preparations, and occupancy milestones.

Monitor and coordinate defect rectification works with contractors and consultants.

Assist in quality assessments and inspections during project delivery and defect liability periods.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Support the implementation of workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.

The Talent:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction, quality inspection, project coordination, site supervision, or defect management.

Candidates with BCA-related certifications or familiarity with Singapore construction quality standards are encouraged to apply.

Exposure to residential projects is a must.

Fresh graduates with relevant internships, site experience, or BCA certifications may also be considered.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work on-site when required.
