We build mobile apps, websites, SaaS products and custom platforms for clients across healthcare, hospitality, e-commerce and booking.

This role is about reaching out and starting conversations — cold calls, LinkedIn messages, emails, follow-ups. If you can hold a clear conversation with a stranger and keep it going, you can do this job.

We're hiring at two levels. If you've sold software or digital services before, you'll come in as an Executive and own deals end to end. If you're starting out, you'll come in as an Intern, learn the outreach side first, and move up as you get comfortable.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn, email and calls — and actually follow up
• Have real conversations: understand what the person needs before pitching anything
• Book and run discovery calls with the team
• Keep your pipeline updated so nothing goes cold

What we're actually looking for

• Strong communication — spoken and written. This is the main requirement, not a bonus.
• Willing to pick up the phone and message people who don't know you yet
• Clear, readable English in writing — outreach messages, follow-ups, emails
• Consistency. Most of this job is following up when nothing happens the first time.
• Curiosity about how software gets built — enough to hold a conversation, not enough to build it

For the Executive track, add:

• [2–5] years selling IT software or digital services — mobile apps, web apps, SaaS, e-commerce or custom software
• A track record you can walk us through: deal sizes, sales cycle, targets
• Able to explain tech in plain language without overpromising
• Comfortable reading a scope document and knowing what's in it and what isn't

About targets

Yes, there's a target. No, it isn't a number thrown at you to hit or explain.

We set it together, based on what the pipeline actually looks like and how long deals take in this space. If it's not working, we talk about it and adjust. What matters more to us is that the outreach happens consistently — the numbers follow from that.

Good to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
• Exposure to international clients (US, UK, Middle East, Australia)
• Familiarity with Flutter, Laravel, Node.js/React, WordPress or Shopify projects
