Position: Fashion Retail Assistant (Part-Time)

Your Mission:
As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of Swapaholic on the ground—delivering amazing customer experiences, telling stories through creative content, and helping us grow a greener fashion future.

What You’ll Do:
Customer Experience – Greet, guide & delight customers with warm, planet-positive service
Content Creation – Snap and edit photos/videos under the direction of the marketing team
Store Operations – Keep the store clean, welcoming & well-organized
Visual Merchandising – Curate eye-catching displays that bring preloved fashion to life
Point of Sale – Operate our POS system for smooth and efficient transactions

What We’re Looking For:
A love for fashion, people & the planet
A positive, dependable, and adaptable attitude
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Creativity and a keen eye for detail
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

Retail experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll provide training!

Role Details:
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break (scheduled between operating hours)
Commitment: 10 days/month
