What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate daily order fulfilment activities to support distribution centre operations.
Schedule and release customer orders while ensuring delivery commitments are met.
Monitor inventory availability and escalate material shortages when required.
Liaise closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow.
Follow up on backorders and support inventory accuracy for made-to-order items.
Investigate and resolve operational issues to ensure efficient order processing.
Requirements
Candidates with or without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Training will be provided.
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Details
Employment Type: 4-Month Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Location: West Region
Company Transport: Available from Chinese Garden MRT and Woodlands MRT
